Home office: redesign with AI

I designed my new home office from scratch. On this page you can read how I started with an idea, create a virtual AI version of the room how it could be like and eventually realized it.
I used to have a home office desk made of large planks with fixed desk legs.
This worked fine for years, but I wanted the possibility to stand behind my desk as well.
My old desk was full of stuff and want a clean desk which I could also use for hobby projects in my spare time, like creating my own sensors.
Because I had a spare bedroom I could turn this room into my new home office.
this gave me the opportunity to start from scratch and redo all the walls as well to realize a cool new dream home office!
The final result
This project is split into different sections, each section is described on its own page, you can read the subjects you like.
- I first created a mood board with example offices and materials that inspires me.
- Then I created a virtual design with AI.
- Find the best matching materials for the room decoration.
- Go for the desk setup hardware for my new office.
- And at least add accessories for the finishing touch!
- There is always room for future improvements
The result
The desk setup is never finished. Always looking for improvements or changing accessories, but the main part is finished, and if I compare it to my mood board, I see it’s eventually really similar!
